Hopefully you’ve read my about page because I’m not going to bore you with my background in Bjj……
What I am going to do is tell you that
I will be covering a wide variety of topics that have personally helped me in my own training in Brazilian jiu jitsu.
If I had to describe myself in the world of Bjj i’d have to say that I’m the every day full-time working man who has the love of the sport, but does not have the luxury of training full time like I dream of, so over the years I’ve developed some short cuts and different schemes to help me keep up with other guys who don’t have these restraints.
Its my hope that I help a few people on the way with this Blog and at the same time learn something too.
